With us, you get to make a difference every day. We are a cheerful and close-knit team of about 50 employees who together take care of our more than 11,000 registered patients, from the first visit to all stages of life.

All our knowledge is gathered under one roof – and it shows! We have specialist clinics for dementia, diabetes, hypertension, gynecology, and asthma/COPD, as well as maternal and child health care, occupational therapy, and corporate health services. Our laboratory is staffed with nursing assistants (sometimes nurses) and handles both planned and urgent sampling.

We are a diverse team with many different professional roles: district nurses, midwives, nurses, nursing assistants, psychotherapists, social workers, doctors, medical secretaries, and receptionists – all with the same goal: to provide our patients with the best possible care.

And as if that weren't enough – we also have a branch in Åhus, just 20 km away, where a smaller team offers care with the same warmth and quality.

Are you a specialist in general medicine with a sharp mind, warm heart – and a touch of detective in you? Then you might be exactly who we are looking for as we need to strengthen our team with another detective!

We work in a team-based manner and believe in the power of collaboration – here you are never alone in your assessments or decisions. We have daily joint assessments where you, together with a nurse, make medical assessments of non-urgent patients. For sick leave cases, we work closely between doctors, rehabilitation coordinators, and psychosocial resources – to provide the patient with the best possible support.

We believe in work-life balance, so you have the opportunity to influence your schedule and work from home on certain days. We use the digital tool Tandem for documentation – journals, referrals, and sick certificates – which makes the work smooth and efficient.
